| just got back from drivin it around town. i tell you, jacking it up that 1" really made it higher! (going from the 26" to the 28" in the front and from the 28"s in the back to the 31"s) i cant wait to get the 3" lift and the 35"s which will raise it another 5" | |

| Insurence is cheaper but the problem is that they want you to stay under a certain amount opf miles most of the times, so if you mileage if they ask for it goes from 100000 to 150000 over atwo years and then you get in a wreak and they say you can only doo 5000 a year you are screwed!
Please check with them on that stuff. That is what I did for the celica and now I pay about 150 per six months. but I cant go over 3000 miles a year! | |

| yeah, welll the thing about that is my truck only goes to 99,999 and then roles over. so you cant really tell how manny miles are on it. | |

| look at the tread wear maybe that will tell you!...wait no, i changed tires. j/k. i dont have any pics as of yet. but ill get some soon. theres just so much rust on it, i dont see me fixing it up unless i get alot of money. i might put a new bed on it but thats about it for body work. you'd really think after 30 years it would drive like it looks!(like shat) but it drives beautifully for a old truck. steerings nice and tight. just put new brakes on it. shifts really nice. not exactly smooth but its a old truck its made for hauling and power. not comfort. my ownly real rants are that the clutch and brake pedal are a lil loose (not pushing in wise but if you wiggle them from side to side.) and they rattle a lil. but the bushing just went out in them so its no big deal to fix. second is my clutch chadders a lil. doesnt slip. just chadders. which chevys tend to do that from their multi fingered clutch assembly.. only other rant is its geared low which kinda kills me on gas a lil. specailly w/ a 350 small block. but im thinkin w/ the bigger tires as low as its geared it will help alot. but either way its great for pulling. | |
