What ever thread catches your eye you can post it! say what ever you like. Tell us about yourself, ask questions... get to know everyone.

I have a 2005 F150 with a 6" suspension lift, 35'' nitto terra mud grapplers, 20" rims which are about to be changed. dual flowmaster 40 series exhaust system. and soon to hae a sound system started up. i am between pioneer and mtx thunder something.. what is better.. be honest not bias Smile

i have one deal.. $200 to put in my head unit i already bought without the dvd blocker, 4 pioneers 6x8 3way door speakers installed

or

$250 for mtx thunder somethins 5x7 installed and my head unit installed without the dvd blocker.

i think the mtx dealer was just tryin to sell me the stuff he has left over because he told me pioneers suck and i know that they dont SUCK they may not be bose but they are alright... sooooo some input is required here

sounds like a nice ride

personally i would go with pioneer. they are just a betta speaker than mtx if you ask me. just my two cents Very Happy

The ride does sound nice except for the ford part.

About the system...alpine and kicker are my fav. highs. I would get pioneer highs before mtx but mtx subs before pioneer eventhough i just put two pioneer tens in my girls car and the rest of it is pioneer as well.

Kicker as best subs hands down!!

kicker does rule. altho their speakers blow out easy.
there subs and amps are king.

i pick on her for the ford too Very Happy

but i know that truck is part of her.

I'm sure she'd like to share some.

i like fords mustang. and even being the complete Chevy guy that i am, ill still state facts that the new mustang will eat both the new camaro and probably the new vette too!! (all stock) mustang has always been the "modern day muscle car" camaro and corvette has all gone away from this and went to a more luxury "sports car" i even think the corvette went more toward the super cars. (exotics)

on another note. ford bronco 2 are a peice of @#%^
everything falls apart on them. everything breaks.
but what i can say, is the drive line is a tank.
the 2.9 v6 w/ the 5 speed just does not die.
and something that can survive brian going
through mud and water over the hood, at a
constant 5-6 thousand RPM. i've just gotta give it props!
